Eye Makeup Tips

There are a number of eye makeup tips and techniques you can use that will define your eyes more clearly. Try some of these tricks to make sure they really stand out.

Eye makeup Tips:

• Heavy powder near the eye area can make your skin look older or appear dry, so use the softest application of loose powder to set your eye makeup. Try applying loose powder to a sponge and dab it near the eye area, then use an Expert Tools Face Brush to blend it in. You can also pat the eye area with your finger to blend and set the powder.

• Blue Liner placed along the lower lid of the eye will make red eyes look whiter.

• Dark shadows make eyes recede. Use them on prominent eyes or in areas you want to shade, like the socket crease.

• If you use liquid eye liner for a more dramatic effect, practice making straight lines. Crooked eyeliner will ruin your look.

More Eye makeup Tips:

• Put a light layer of powder under the eyes before applying eyeshadow. If color falls when applying color, it can be gently whisked away after you have finished your application.

• Use short, feathery strokes when applying eye pencil. This way you’ll get the most precise and mess-free look.

• Always use less mascara on your lower lashes.

• For extra thick, fuller eyelashes, apply mascara to the top and bottom of your lashes.

More Eye makeup Tips:

• Using an eyelash curler before you apply mascara will shape your lashes and extend them to the fullest potential. To prevent damage, do not hold the curler too close to the roots.

• On deep-set eyes, you should use shadow colors that are on the light side of the color spectrum. Light brings out.

• Matte eye shadow looks better than frost if you're tired. frost shadow draws attention to wrinkles.

• Avoid wearing shadows the same shade as your eye color, they will make your eyes disappear.

• A dot of shimmery shadow in the middle of the lid makes the eyes stand out on the face. A dot on the inside corner will make close-set eyes look farther apart.
